Our 3-step process
Our mission is to simplify finance for you, so we don’t believe in over-complicating the process. There are just three simple steps we follow to set you up for financial success;
Step 1
MEET & GREET
Here you will meet with Troy personally so he can fully understand your goals. We’ll take any details we need from you at this stage, so we can determine the best solution for you.
Step 2
RESEARCH & NEGOTIATE
Having reviewed your scenario and goals we will run all the numbers and negotiate with the most suitable lenders. Once we’re done we’ll provide you with potential recommendations for your consideration.
Step 3
APPLICATION TO SETTLEMENT
Once you’ve made your decision we will take care of the rest, from application, through the approval process and all the way to settlement. Post settlement mortgage health checks will be undertaken each year.
